Pose Doll animation using the ‘stop-motion’ method. This was to test the chromakey capabilities of my movie editor.
This pose doll animation actually used a ‘frankendoll’ I have called Posie. She consists of an original 60s Holiday Fair Doll head with an Obitsu ball-jointed doll body with magnetic feet similar to the ones at MimiWoo.
The magnetic feet are important because it means I can pose her on a strip of metal to do the ‘walking’. She still has to be carefully balanced but it’s much easier than non-magnetic feet..
