As I redecorate, rearrange and generally (after 7 years) get used to the way we live in and use our house I am starting to crave a few things that would be "just perfect". I'm going to put it out there in the vain hope that maybe some long-lost, unknown-about-until-now aunt or great grandparent reads this and feels like bestowing some decorative good fortune upon us they'll know exactly what we (I) want.

In no particular order:

1. Dr. Suess' Andoluvian Grackler 

or any in the series really (or all!).

2. An ostentatiously framed Mark Ryden:

3. Some Fancy Gumboots

4. A fancy light for my entrance hall. Maybe like this one... ? Maybe this one is too tame. I want something over the top I think.

 Or maybe a chandelier like the one we had in our home in Germany.

 I'm sure I'll add to this list as time goes by.
